Visa Services

• The skilled independent visa is a permanent visa and all the applicants have to meet the point’s criteria which are applicable at the time of visa application. No sponsorship by a relative or state nomination by a State is required. Applicant must pass the points test.

Skilled Sponsored

• The skilled sponsored visa is a permanent visa and the applicants have to meet the point’s criterion which is applicable at the time of visa application. Sponsorship is required from the Australian relative or state nomination by a State is required. The pass marks in the points test is generally lower then the skilled independent.

Skilled Regional Sponsored

• The Skilled Regional Sponsored is a provisional (not permanent) visa which requires sponsorship by Australian relative living in a designated area or state nomination by a State. This visa is valid for duration of few years only.

Skilled Graduate

• This is an 18 month temporary visa for recent graduates from Australian educational institutes.

Temporary Workers

Business (Short Stay)

• The applicant can enter and stay in Australia for up to 3 months with a genuine intention of business purpose

Business (Long Stay)

• The applicant can enter and stay in Australia for long term generally from three months up to four years for business interest or employment in Australia

Student

Students studying English Language courses

• This visa is for the students wishing to study English (ELICOS) as a principal (main) course, not leading to an award

Students studying in Schools

• This visa is for the students wishing to study at a school. This covers primary school, secondary school and secondary exchange program.

Students studying in Vocational education (Certificate / Diploma / Advance Diploma)

• This visa is for the students wishing to study a principal course at a Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma level; leading to a award.

Students studying in higher education (Bachelor / Master Degree)

• This visa is for the students wishing to study a principal course at a tertiary level and includes bachelor’s degree, associate degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, or masters degree leading to an award.

Students studying in non-award courses

• This visa is for the students wishing to undertake the courses such as non award foundation studies, bridging programs for overseas nurses etc

Visitor Visa

Tourist Visa

• This visa is for people who genuinely intend to visit Australia for a short duration for the purpose of tourism, or to see family and friends.

Sponsored Family visitor

• This visa is for people who want to travel Australia to visit a close relative and the intended stay is less then 12 months

Family Visa

Parent

• This is visa is applicable for the parent of an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, who passes the balance of family test and other applicable criteria, might be eligible to migrate to Australia permanently. The processing time is very long and can take up to 15-20 years

Contributory Parent

• The visa can be lodged at any age by a parent of an Australian Citizen or permanent resident, who passes the applicable criteria. The processing time can be between 2-3 years and there is a substantial amount of fee payment which could be in approximation of AU$40,000 each parent.
