For Student Applications

SPICA’s services come to you FREE of cost, as the saying goes
“The best advice you’ll ever get, is free advice”. We believe in this and therefore we do not charge any fee to our students and you can be assured to get a great quality service and advice from our consultants. A consultancy fee will ONLY be charged when we believe that we have spent more than the considerable time required to assess an application and that fee will also NOT exceed AUD 200. Students are advised NOT to pay any consulting or administration fee to any of our marketing representatives.

SPICA does not have any local offices because we are dealing with clients globally and our customer base extends to many countries, therefore it is physically not possible to have offices everywhere.
In today’s world we all live in electronic age, where most of the transactions are done electronically, so taking this fact into consideration most of our services are online which have some substantial benefits, such as:

  • You can access information 24 hours a day
  • You can get advice from our consultants, in the comfort of your home, office or internet café.
  • You do not have to travel to meet with your student representative.
  • You do not have to pay cash for the services.
  • All our customers get a consistent and impartial advice across the globe.

In addition to the above, SPICA run seminars and exhibitions in some selected cities, so that customers can establish a direct contact with our marketing representatives, who can answer your queries. The details of the exhibitions and seminars are posted on the web site.

Getting a student visa with SPICA is as simple as it could be. We assist our customers at each and every step of the visa application and keep you informed with all the procedures, because we believe that it is YOUR visa and you should have all the information pertaining to your application. Our expert consultants will prepare your case thoroughly to be presented to ‘Department of Immigration’ in your country. All we ask you is your full support in preparing and arranging the documentation, what ever is deemed necessary to your case. Your promptness and support is of paramount importance to speed up the process.

Simply speaking “We will not only work for you, but we will also work WITH you.”

One of our consultants will prepare your case for lodgement with the Department of Immigration. We have prepared a detailed checklist which will guide you through the process of lodging and granting student visa. You will also have full online support, 7 days a week, to contact us with any queries which you may have and our consultants will assist you and provide full support.

Studying in Australia is comparatively CHEAPER then other international destinations and sometimes it could be even more cost effective than to study in your country. The tuition fee can vary between different institutions and different courses. You will most likely easily find a course matching your needs and budget. We at SPICA will provide a realistic assessment of the amount required to study and live in Australia for the duration of your study.

A rough estimate of the funds (AU$) required would be as follows:

  • Course fee $10,000 to $22,000 per year
  • Living Expenses $8,000 to $15,000 per year
  • (Includes food, rent, transport, etc)

We understand that many of our clients have budgets and limited resources to fund their education. There are number of other avenues to support your education in Australia and we strongly recommend that you discuss your financial position with our consultants so as to get an advice based on your capacity of funding.
